A Ground staff performs several important duties to ensure the safety comfort of Airline passengers and Crew members, Including checking baggage, checking the stocks in  Aircraft with refreshments, and passenger ticket checking, making various announcements to passengers, assisting disabled passengers, confirming reservations, and selling tickets, providing information to passengers, checking of runway between flights and much more.
